The Theresienstadt Martyrs Remembrance Association (reg.) is a non-profit organization aimed at commemorating the ghetto’s inmates who perished in the Holocaust and telling the story of the Theresienstadt ghetto. The association established Beit Theresienstadt at Kibbutz Givat Haim Ihud, encompassing a historical museum, exhibition rooms, archives, an index of the names of inmates who passed through Theresienstadt, and a library.
Beit Theresienstadt holds cultural, memorial, and commemorative activities for members of the association from the first generation and their families and for the general public.
Now that the number of survivors is gradually diminishing, it is important to continue telling the story and to make sure that the memory of the Holocaust is preserved for the next generations. You are invited to join the association, receive information, and take part in the various activities. Joining and paying the membership fees are a declaration of your intent and readiness to help pass on the beacon of memory.
